Tuesday 5pm-6pm: Upper Body Weight Training

Thursday 6am-7am: Lower Body Weight Training

Friday 5pm-6pm: Lower Body Weight Training *April and May Only

Saturday 8am-9am: Cardio/Core Boot Camp


Youth Group Personal Training

 

Tuesdays

4pm-5pm - Cardio Boot Camps - Beginner to Advanced

*Most approprite for ages 8-17. However, this class is mostly bodyweight and fun exercises, so no workout or sports experience is required.

Thursdays

4pm-5pm - Youth Weight Training - Intermediate to Advanced

*Youth Weight Training is a more advanced youth class. If your child does not already have some sports or basic weight training knowledge, we would recommend coming to the Tuesday class only and/or scheduling some one on one classes for your child.
